Shipping policy

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and is reflecting in the bank account of STICH SCRUBS (PTY) LTD. This means any embroidery or customisation will only be done once payment has been received. Once shipped, orders may take 1-4 working days to get to the customer, depending on location. 

South African National Standard door-to-door deliveries are R100 for major airport cities (CT, EL, PE, DBN, JHB, PTA) and R150 for outlying areas. Customers are responsible for selection of the correct shipping amount on checkout. Should the incorrect fee be paid for shipping, STICH SCRUBS (PTY) LTD has the right to hold the order until the outstanding amount is paid.

STICH SCRUBS (PTY) LTD will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to incorrect delivery address or incorrect or absence of recipient.

Once an order is sent with the courier, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the tracking number and to ensure they are available to receive the order. STICH SCRUBS (PTY) LTD cannot be held responsible for any losses once the order has been shipped. 

STICH SCRUBS (PTY) LTD will cover the cost of ONE return for exchange per order, more than one exchange per order will require the customer to cover the courier fees each way. Refunded orders will be liable for the return courier fee as well as a 5% transaction fee.
